Returns
At Magma Well, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
The item must be in its original packaging where possible.
The product must be in a resaleable condition and show no signs of misuse, damage, or excessive use.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item is faulty.
The item has arrived damaged.
We have sent the incorrect item.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until safely received by us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required under UK consumer law. Express or upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs or video where appropriate
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper operation.
Products modified or altered by the customer.
Items returned without essential components or accessories.
Personalised or custom-made products.
Condition of Returned Goods
Customers may inspect products in the same way they would in a retail showroom. However, if a returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund amount.
Due to the nature of red light therapy devices, we recommend retaining all original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery. Returns may not be accepted where original packaging has been discarded and the product cannot be safely transported.
